What Are Silicon-Based Digital Workers
Silicon-based digital workers are not chat tools. They are authorized, constrained, and reviewable work units inside a company.
When I say silicon-based digital worker, I do not mean a model placed inside a chat box. I mean a governable unit of work inside a company: a role with boundaries, inputs, outputs, evidence, and review.
Companies do not only need more answers. They need repeated work to be carried. A digital worker must know where a task came from, which materials and tools it can use, how to leave evidence, and when to return judgment to a human owner.
That is the core question for HiveCosm: not chasing a concept, but placing digital workers into the real structure of company work until they become part of organizational capability.
