Why I Am Building an AI-Native Company
Being AI-native is not buying a set of tools. It means designing the company around digital workers from the beginning.
I am building HiveCosm because I do not believe the largest value of AI is merely speeding up old company workflows. The more interesting question is what a company looks like when it assumes digital workers exist from day one.
Traditional companies begin with people, departments, and processes, then add tools. An AI-native company asks the opposite question: which work should machines carry, which judgment must remain human-owned, and which collaboration requires both.
There is no ready-made answer. That is why HiveCosm has to be its own operating laboratory. We build agents while documenting how they coordinate, fail, review, and improve.
